About Jude Bellingham
Jude Bellingham is one of the most extraordinary footballers of his generation — a midfielder who scores, creates and dominates games with a maturity that seems impossible for someone born in 2003. At Real Madrid he won the Champions League and La Liga in his debut season, becoming the first player to score the decisive goal in a Champions League final on debut. England's most important player at 2026.
Jude Bellingham's story
Stourbridge to the World
Bellingham grew up in Stourbridge (ENG) and joined Birmingham City's academy at six. He made his professional debut at 16, becoming Birmingham (ENG)'s youngest-ever player. Borussia Dortmund signed him for £25m in 2020, and over three seasons in the Bundesliga he grew from a teenager into one of Europe's best midfielders, scoring 23 Bundesliga goals and attracting every elite club in the world.
Real Madrid's Heartbeat
His move to Real Madrid for a reported €103m in 2023 was the most anticipated transfer in European football. He repaid every penny: La Liga top scorer in November, Champions League winner in May, and FIFA Best Player runner-up. By 2026 he was England's captain in all but name — the generational talent carrying a nation's hopes.
World Cup 2026
A brace in the quarter-final win over Norway on 11 July 2026 took Bellingham to six goals for the tournament — tying Gary Lineker (1986) and Harry Kane for the most goals by an England player in a single World Cup — as England reached the semi-final against Argentina. Real Madrid have called him untouchable amid transfer interest from several Premier League clubs and plan to open new contract talks after the tournament.
