Ma Xiaoxu's story
Dalian & Early Promise
Ma Xiaoxu was born on 25 April 1990 in Dalian, a major port city in northeastern China. She showed exceptional promise from an early age and became one of the most physically imposing forwards in Chinese women's football — tall, strong, and technically accomplished.
China's Top Scorer
Ma Xiaoxu became China's all-time top scorer in women's international football, netting over 100 goals for the national team across a 12-year career. Her combination of physical strength, aerial ability, and finishing made her near impossible to handle at the domestic and continental level.
